I always believed there had to be a better GF bread
I was sick of buying substandard expensive supermarket gluten-free bread that fell apart, tasted terrible, was mouldy or sold frozen, or attempting multiple bread mixes that took hours to make only to end up like a brick.
I was determined to create a better option for my daughter who
was diagnosed 19 years ago at age 2.
It took me years to get it right.
